These Terms & Conditions govern your use of sdstay.com and any booking made with SD Stay. By making a reservation or using our website, you agree to be bound by the terms set out below. Please read them carefully before booking.
By accessing sdstay.com, submitting an inquiry, or completing a booking, you confirm that you are at least 21 years of age and have the legal authority to enter into a binding rental agreement on behalf of yourself and any additional guests in your party.
All reservations are subject to availability and confirmation. A booking is only guaranteed once you receive written confirmation from SD Stay and the required deposit or full payment has been received. The primary guest named on the booking is responsible for the conduct of all members of their party for the duration of the stay.
Unless otherwise stated, the following payment schedule applies to standard bookings:

We accept major credit cards through our secure payment partners. Currency conversion fees, if any, are the responsibility of the guest.
Standard check-in is from 4:00 PM and check-out is by 11:00 AM local time, unless otherwise agreed in writing. Each property has specific house rules regarding maximum occupancy, smoking, pets, parties, and noise, which are provided prior to arrival and must be followed at all times. Exceeding the stated maximum occupancy may result in immediate termination of the stay without refund.
Guests agree to treat each SD Stay property with the same care as their own home. Properties must not be used for commercial photography, filming, or events without prior written consent. SD Stay reserves the right to end a stay without refund if guests violate house rules, engage in illegal activity, or cause a disturbance to neighboring residents.
Guests are financially responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to the property or its contents beyond normal wear and tear during their stay. A security deposit may be held and applied toward the cost of repairs or replacement. To the fullest extent permitted by law, SD Stay is not liable for personal injury, loss, or damage to personal belongings arising from a guest’s use of the property, except where caused by our proven negligence.
SD Stay shall not be held responsible for failure to perform its obligations due to causes beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, extreme weather, government restrictions, or other events of force majeure. In such cases, we will work with affected guests in good faith to reschedule or provide appropriate remedies where possible.
All content on sdstay.com, including text, photography, logos, and design elements, is the property of SD Stay and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written permission.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in San Diego County, California.
SD Stay may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
