Guests have full access to the main house and designated outdoor areas listed in the reservation.
Please note: the side yard is currently not accessible due to a city-mandated utility access requirement for nearby construction. This does not affect access to the home, front yard, or backyard.

Is there any construction or noise nearby?
Yes, a home is being built behind the property. Construction is limited to city-approved hours (7 AM–5 PM), and indoor noise is generally minimal. Most guests have not found it disruptive, though very light sleepers may notice it at times.
The home is also near the end of a freeway, so occasional light traffic noise may be heard.

How do I know if my dates are available?
If the listing is visible and bookable, your dates are available.
