Please do not use towels or linens for makeup removal, hair dye, or any products that may stain. A $50 penalty plus replacement cost will be charged if damaged.

Flush toilet paper only. Any plumbing issues caused by other materials may incur additional charges.

Consumables & Cleaning Products
Please do not remove or overuse provided items. Excessive use or missing items may result in extra charges.

Quiet Hours: 9:00 PM – 8:00 AM

No Visitors After 9:00 PM
Only registered guests are allowed on the property after 9:00 PM.
Unauthorized guests, excessive noise, or any disturbance may result in immediate cancellation of your stay without a refund and a call to local authorities.

Check-Out Time: 11:00 AM
Late checkout after 11:10 AM without prior approval may incur a $250 per hour fee.

Please note: the bathtub is not yet connected, so please avoid using it.
Be aware that you might encounter some insects due to the surrounding greenery; however, rest assured that the house is regularly treated to manage this.
